Salento Olive Oil
From 1982, GENOLIO has produced extra-virgin olive oil of exceptional quality, using only fresh, ripe olives from the Salento region, known for its superior olives. The oil is particularly savoury with high nutritional values. The hilly slopes of the region, exposed to the fresh sea breezes, create a perfect environment for the olives to mature and ripen. Upon harvesting, the olives are ground with a process that involves cold marble pressing, which creates a superior quality oil rich in flavour that also preserves well.

History of Olive-oil
